Behind the build.
I'm a dad, builder, and self-taught app creator, learning how to build with AI one project at a time.
I grew up in Sopchoppy, Florida, the worm grunting capital of the world. I'm not a traditional developer, and I didn't come into this the usual way. I build apps with AI while working full time and raising kids, and I'm still learning as I go. That's exactly what makes it worth doing.
I genuinely believe learning to leverage AI levels the playing field for people from all walks of life. You don't need a computer science degree or the perfect background, just curiosity, consistency, and the willingness to learn while you build. I want to be living proof of that.
Right now I'm focused on building apps with AI and documenting the process as I grow. The long-term goal is to teach others how to do the same, especially people who have ideas but feel like they're not technical enough to start.
